REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

This Refund & Payment Policy sets out the terms under which Zone School of Business Studies London receives and retains tuition fees, registration fees, and other payments from students.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

– All applicants and enrolled students on any course delivered by Zone School of Business Studies London (online or on-campus).

– All types of fees and payments, including tuition fees, registration fees, assessment fees, administration charges, and other related payments.

– Both domestic (UK) and international students.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

– All fees paid to Zone School of Business Studies London are strictly non-refundable once received, including tuition, registration, administrative, and assessment fees.

– Payments will not be refunded in the event of student withdrawal, deferral, non-attendance, visa refusal, or any other change in personal circumstances.

– This applies equally to students paying in full or by instalments.

If you have paid part of the fees and request to cancel your course after starting the assignments ,

You will not be entitled to any refund of fees already paid
A cancellation fee of £50 will be charged.
All outstanding fees owed up to the date of cancellation will remain payable.

4. Student Withdrawal, Deferral, or Non-Attendance

– Students who withdraw from a course, defer their start date, or fail to attend classes (online or in-person) are not entitled to any refund of fees already paid.

– Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation and does not release the student from any outstanding payment obligations.

– If any learner is found engaging in malpractice or obtaining unauthorized external assistance for assignments, the fees paid will be non-refundable.

5. Instalment Payments

– Students on a payment plan remain liable for the full course fee once they commence the course.

– Any instalments already paid are non-refundable, and remaining instalments may still be due under the enrolment contract.

6. Third-Party Fees

– Payments to third parties are subject to their policies and Registration receipts,  invoices issued by the College to third parties (awarding bodies and other boards) are internal administrative documents and are not shared with learners

– The School cannot refund or recover such fees on behalf of students.

7. Qualified Staff and Infrastructure

The School has robust infrastructure and resources to deliver high-quality education, including fully UK-qualified tutors with many years of teaching experience, supported by Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) and External Quality Assurers (EQAs) to maintain academic and compliance standards.

8. Acknowledgement

By enrolling on any course and paying any associated fees, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund & Payment Policy.

9. Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure compliance and to reflect any changes in the School’s operations.
